Didn’t know a song can make me proud to be a New Yorker. This version of the song is amazing.

Still snowing in Boulder, CO.

awesome shot
west coast people say: stand IN line. east coast people say: stand ON line.
when i first got to the east coast and heard people say it their preferred way, my mind quickly wandered to the not so fond memories of having to wait for AOL dial-up to connect. oh, the static noise… it was epic when 128k came out. being from cali, i thought “in line” made more sense.
i am a firm believer of the power of semantics, so this difference in one word used to drive me nuts.
but. i just caught myself saying it the east coast way. does this mean i have gone nuts?
